They said they were in stock, charged my CC then sent two different cameras. They returned my call, issued a pick up (didn't have what I wanted) but told UPS it was "damaged" UPS called to find out how it was damaged after the package was picked up. I told them it wasn't damaged. They told me this was a common tactic to avoid return fees and sometimes get their merchandize paid for. UPS sent it back to me to await the proper pick up label. David at Cameras for less was angry that UPS charged him $27. not my problem, but he made it my problem. I had to take off work early 2 days in a row, to find a location (first one went out of business) to send back the products that were forced on me. Pretty rude and very bad business practices. Do not deal with these people. UPDATE: Today, 1/28/11, I received notice from American Express that this vendor is still attempting to secure payment for the items he sent me that I did not order and have returned (I have the return receipt) Also know, I received an angry letter from him about the honest, document supported review I posted previously. BEWARE AND, the saga continues. 3 months later (they received the package back in its entirety, they are now trying to say with received parts of the package and refusing to refund my $314. Now I have to file a criminal report which I WILL if this problem is not corrected immediately. I will do this by contacting the internet crime center, who works with the FBI, Bureau of Justice assistance and the National white collar crime center. I will let you know the outcome	Overall Rating

This company said they would get it here in time and it came as promised today (Tuesday)!!!!! We couldn't be happier with the service and the product.
