Great Inexpensive Frame

Strengths: Camera flip on the cheap Flash stays in line with the lens Gets flash further away from the lens (reduces red eye)

Weakness: Flip mechanism may be too stiff or loose for your taste (adjustable)

This is a wonderful, inexpensive flash bracket that allows you to flip your camera while still keeping the mounted flash pointing vertically. If you add a ballhead and second flash hotshoe adapter, you can point your flash much closer to the front of the lens, allowing for macro shots using a standard flash (a softbox would be recommended though). The camera flip mechanism came perfectly tuned...

Stroboframe Bracket - Camera Flip

Strengths: Affordable, easy to operate, fits my camera well

Weakness: very tight movement upon arrival, sub standard build quality

This is in my opinion the best camera rotating bracket for the money. It performs very well (although I had to adjust the tension of the nuts) My only complaint is the handle. The plastic casing of the handle is poorly glued to the metal bracket and came loose just a few hours after I began using it. This is why I only gave this product a satisfactory rating.

Stroboframe Bracket - Camera Flip

Strengths: Sturdy, Simple

Weakness: A little awkward to use. It barely works with my particular camera (Nikon 5400).

It's not particularly ergonomic, but it accomplishes the task. I don't think you'll find anything better for less money. I had to get used to the balance of the whole contraption, but I acheived the desired lighting effects. The shoe that holds the flash could be more robust, and I think that feature can be improved, but so far, so good.

Stroboframe Bracket - Camera Flip

Strengths: None.

Weakness: Body design, price, grip.

Rotating the camera is very difficult. Also, the arm/hinge where it rotates it very obtrusive when trying to access several buttons on the camera. The grip is ok but can get irritating after holding it too long. For the price, I should have just gone with the flash flip stroboframe. I am going to return this one.

Good Steardy Bracket that gets the job does at a...

Strengths: 1. Good built 2. Light Weight

Weakness: 1. The camera flip mechanism might become lose (due to plastic hardware) and might need to be tightened

This is a good starter bracket which flips the camera and not the flash. It is not a good idea to flip the flash as the hot shoe might break off. This bracket is a good starter bracket, it gets the job done. Some people have said that their mechanism became lose and the camera would flip while taking the picture. I have had this bracket for about 3 weeks, it has been working fine for me (so far)....
