Great Camera!

Strengths: Waterproof, drop-proof, idiot proof... This camera has some of the coolest features available!

Weakness: I havent found one yet!

I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a (user friendly, easy to figure out) point and shoot digital camera. It is great for all situations! It is also good for the more involved camera user who wants more options.

Stylus 770 SW

Strengths: Compact, light weight, durable.

Weakness: None

A great family camera. It works well at the beach, underwater, at the soccer field, wherever we go. And with a 1 GB card it stores a ton of pictures, even on the HQ setting. I would highly recommend it.

Great Camera

Strengths: Great for use around or in water. Movie mode even works great underwater. Large LCD screen, pictures have great color and detail.

Weakness: Batteries tend to drain quick in movie mode, make sure you bring spares or your charger. Had some problems focusing in low light which could have been my fault.

Overall great camera for beach or even snorkeling. Don't let spare batteries get wet if you are around water like I did, shorts them out but still able to recharge after. It requires XD-Cards for storage which limits somewhat your ability to get extra cards anywhere.

Great Digital Camera

Strengths: Excellent Camera for the Consumer who has a hard time taking pictures. Well Built, Easy Menu, Compact, No lens that sticks out, Excellent Pictures.

Weakness: It really needed the SD Picture card, only because the XD cards have a slower load time.

This is an excellent well built camera that can take a lot of abuse. It takes really good pictures and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg. This is a great camera for kids and business use. It is heavy duty and is Shockproof and waterproof for on the go consumers. With an easy to use menu and a large LCD screen, it makes your choice easy. This camera has all the bells and whistles including the...

Water joke!!!!!

Strengths: Great camera for all it offers and while it worked it was wonderful

Weakness: it did not last long - 6 month and it is gone.

We did follow all the instructions for maintenance and use of the camera but it broke. Call customer service and we are still waiting for the email with the instruction to have the camera fix. I have another olympus camera and never had a problem with it so it is dissapointing to encounter a problem with this camera.

The durable camera of the future.

Strengths: Waterproof, Shockproof, maybe everythingproof, takes pictures and movies that are over the top.

Weakness: None really.

I got this camera for a trip to the Caribbean, along with a silicone case, an underwater case, an extra battery, and 4GB XD card. The photos and movies were even better than my brother's Canon camera. Highly recommended.

Olympus Stylus 770SW (silver)

THE GOOD: Camera is waterproof to 32 feet; shock resistant to short drops and mild impact. THE BAD: No manual exposure controls; slightly soft images THE BOTTOM LINE: Olympus Stylus 770SW might not produce perfect images, but youd be hard pressed to find a compact camera as tough as this one.

Olympus Stylus 770 SW

Olympus' latest rugged digital camera, the Stylus 770 SW, almost dares you to try to break it. It's waterproof as deep as 33 feet, resistant to drops of up to five feet, won't freeze in temperatures warmer than 14 degrees Fahrenheit, and can withstand up to 220 pounds of pressure. We put the previous version, the 720 SW, through the ringer last July. One year later, we're pleased to report that...

Olympus Stylus 770 SW

The Olympus Stylus 770 SW is one tough camera that will go where no other point-and-shoot models can. The Olympus 770 SW won't let you down when it comes to withstanding all types of weather, accidental roughness and intentional underwater adventures. We had a little trouble with the 770 SW's image quality when zoomed in close on a computer monitor, but few shooters actually use resolution this...
