Great at first but then...Strengths: varied flavors, good temperature Weakness: It only worked the first year. Lost more money using k-cups and unit not working right (never filled enough water). Only uses arabica beans in the k-cups You need not waste your money on this garbage. Over $.50per cup when it works (I calculated that I spent about $.75 per 8 oz.) After one year, you can throw it away since the warrantee is over and the water stops pumping the correct amount of water ALWAYS! Going back to drip brew.
