Palm Shortening

Strengths: works great in baking recipes instead of butter! It is also ideal for high temperature cooking like pan frying, it has no odor.

Weaknesses: Sometimes the gallon pale is a little hard to open the first time and you might need to use a knife to pop the sides.

Review: I use this product for baking and it works really well as it has no odor and is very versatile in pies, cakes and cookies. You can add your own flavors , vanilla, butter, cinnamon. Also it works wonders for high temp cooking like if you wish to make your own fries, a much healthier option than using other oils, it does not get rancid and it is fine at room temp.
