It could be just a bug, and it was simple and easy to cancel the second order. The first says processing, I hope it goes through without a hitch. Reviews 		This is a very small business, and it's misleading the way they say they have Live Help when in fact you'll have to wait to receive an email reply. My email reply ended in my junk mail folder with a random, unusual first name as sender. By luck, it was also the name of my half-brother, so I bothered to open the email. This was the biggest glitch. I received the toner as expected and do recommend this place, even though their customer service is rough around the edges. Overall Rating

Reviews 		Good prices, bad service. This order was placed on 03/06/08, electronic shipping info was sent to USPS on 03/07, then nothing for 11 days. On 03/18 USPS began processing the package - for four days. Finally the package arrived on 03/24. In the middle of this I sent an email to Printing Supplies Shop through their website but did not receive a reply. I do not know why this order took so long to fulfill, but it appears that the vendor took 11 days to get the product packaged and delivered to the post office. There is no excuse for poor customer service, next time I will shop elsewhere. Overall Rating
