I am guessing that it is since I am in Hawaii. The price was good and appears to be in stock and everything else was simple to do... so I went ahead and placed the order. Although the web site gave me accurate information about when to expect my order and when it was shipped, it did not provide a tracking number. I called customer service. The gentleman who answered provided me with the number, and while I was speaking to him he took the extra step and looked up the status on the USPS website.	Overall Rating

I read the confirmation email they sent when the purchase was made. It said that I would receive an email when the order was shipped. I never got an email to that effect. After about 8 or 9 days I called them. I was told that the order was not only shipped but was unable to be delivered and was now sitting at the post office. Of course there was no notice on my door from the post office. I was told by Printinsupplies that their computer was down and they could not send me a tracking number or even information about my order. When I called it was fixed miraculously and they gave me the tracking number. I went to the post office but they didn't have my order. SO, the long and short of it is this. There is one guy at this company. He answered the customer service number both times I called and both times explained to me that I was giving him a problem even though I never heard anything from them about my orde Retailer Response (06/06/2008): We have shipped the product promptly and according to USPS they tried to deliver and they have left a notice. This was on the 2nd of June. Same day Mr Levenson called us and we have informed him of the situation, we offered him to reship or refund his money. He agreed to a full refund which we complied immediately. Two days later on the 4th product was delivered but Mr levenson never informed us the situation. We have requested a payment on the 6th and got payment on the 7th. Have we not ask for payment, one wonders if Mr Levenson would have ever paid. We leave that to your judgement.	Overall Rating

Between the pic and the price, I gotta believe this is a genuine Epson product. Beats other's pricing by $3-4 BEFORE the free S/H.
