The same product was several dollars cheaper. It was easy to go through site and order, but I just ordered and will see about delivery date, etc. Overall Rating

Reviews 		Having used Puritans Pride for several years I had no complaints and was totally satified with quality and service although delivery is slow compared to most other web based suppliers. My problem started early 2008 when I opened a new pack of Cholest solutions and found the capsules stained with fish oil and smelling rancid. I opened another and found this was the same. I complained by email via the Puritans Pride web site and recieved an automated response but no further follow up. I complained again and got a further automated response with no follow up. I wrote to the CE and complained - I have been ignored and have had no reply. This is not the level of customer support expected of a reputable and caring manufacturer. I paid over $80 for these products and expected some re-imbursement or replacement - I have not even been asked to send the faulty goods back - It appears that Puritans Pride do not care and are unable to honour genuine, and serious, customer complaints.
