The espresso machine arrived broken. WholeLatteLove customer service gave us the runaround to get a return authorization for an exchange. Now, we've been waiting nearly two weeks simply to receive the mailing label for the return. We hope at this point we can just get our money back.
Very impressed. I called around quite a bit and found their staff to the most knowledgeable of all. They really went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Customer service like I experienced with Whole Latte Love is hard to come by these days. I usually don't bother to write reviews, but I was so impressed that I felt I had to give them a review. The Bonjour coffee press plunger was made of plastic and broke within 2 weeks. They refused to take the item back.
They told me to contact the manufacturer. I did an even the
manufacturer was shocked that they would not take back a 2 week old defective item. Buyer beware.
