Do not purchases form this company! They are crooks and will take your money with no regards to your wellbeing. They do not want to make good for anyone for any reason. If you have a problem forget about getting it fixed. Many emails were sent back and forth. Nice tone and all came with assurances that they would make my transaction right and refund me my monies. To this day almost three full months later, I have not yet received my refund. They have done nothing and I do not have my promised monies back. I think I have spent more time trying to get my monies back then it is worth but it is the principle of the transaction that is the problem. I would never buy from this company again even if my life depended upon it. No way no how, I would never use this brand again. They do have other subsidiaries that are also part of the company. I would stay away from them too if they are anything like this one. I would rather go to the dentist then have to deal with the customer service for this Overall Rating

The sink ordered did not fit. I did not discover it until I went to install it. Due to the construction schedule it was 33 days after my order. eFaucets will not take it back because they have a 30 day return policy which is completely unacceptable. Do NOT do business with this company. They have the worst reputation. Overall Rating

The company has just horrible customer service. It took three on line interfaces with their customer dis-service to find out that my order was back ordered and would be not be available for yet two more weeks. This was after they gave me a tracking number that indicated the sink had been sent to Ohio. Each time I contacted the CS person I was told I would receive a call about the order status...not a return call, or e-mail. I guess they are too busy with other problems. Stay away order from your local vendor like I will in the future. Overall Rating

My worst order experience ever! My order was taken by phone, when I called back 20 minutes later to cancel the order, I was left waiting for 10 minutes while they checked on it? I was then told I could not cancel the order because it was in-stock merchandise, even though it had not been pulled or shipped yet. Ridiculous! They were very quick to point out that they are an online company and the terms on their website apply, even though it was phone order and the salesperson never mentioned the terms. I was also told the charges would remain on my AmEx card even if I refuse delivery and it is returned to them; and that if I contest payment with AmEx, it won't matter, THEY WIN THOSE ALL THE TIME. Doesn't that tell you everything you need to know about eFaucets? Overall Rating

I received a faucet which was defective and they refused to replace it. They said it was a "low consumption" faucet that was designed to work that way. I found their attitude arrogant and condescending as well as completely indifferent as to whether I remained a customer. I asked for the name of the owner of the company and they refused. In fact the employees would not provide their full names either which I found very shady. I would NEVER buy from this place again and will spend my dollars where my business is valued and where I may exchange defective products. Overall Rating

I should have read the reviews of this merchant before ordering. They had the best price but when I received the order confirmation it was the wrong finish. I tried to call and was on the phone for over an hour without anyone picking up. I even tried calling on a second line. This was within business hours. Terrible, terrible service. Ordered an item that the site says ships in 24-48 hrs. Found out 3 weeks later after contacting them that it ships in 6-8 weeks. Changed order to something in stock and 10 days later found out the item wasn't even ordered. The Customer Service Rep input order after I told her to cancel now I have to wait for it to ship and then have to return it and pay the 15% restocking fee. When you go to live chat you have to wait 10 mins. with a message that someone will be with you in 1 min. Wait time on the phone with Customer Service anywhere from 15-25 mins. Overall Rating

ITS A RIP OFF.... They charged my credit card and never ship the item... I ordered on 25th June 2010 and the website claimed to ship the item in 24-48 hours. Now they are saying they will ship on 5th July 2010.. Made a huge mistake ordering through them... and when i try to cancel the order, they ask me to pay a 15% restocking fee... EFaucets.com has terrible customer service. I returned a part that I bought for installing a shower faucet valve 3 months ago and still have not received a refund. I have called every 1.5 weeks for the last 6 weeks and the issue still is not resovled. I have usually had to hold for 45 to an hour to even reach a person. The last 3 service reps (all very friendly) have said that the problem would be taken care of and that I would receive a refund and then two weeks pass and still no refund. Today I called and tried to talk to a manager or supervisor and the service representative told me that the manager is training someone and could not talk with me. My plans changed and I needed to get a RGA # to return the shower fixture. After 4 unanswered emails over a week, I found by way of chat that I had to call to get the RGA #. (my prior experience was that the hold time was inordinately long) Today I have been on hold for one hour without any response. I did not believe customer service could be so bad no, no, no do not use this company I had placed the order because they had the item I needed in stock.. I hope this is passed on to the merchant. this kind of service gives a bad rep to on-line shopping overall, my experience with online shopping with other merchants has been fine Overall Rating

Another major complaint on efaucet Consumer Service's abysmal performance. Items we bought arrived in two shipments and when the main kitchen faucet was not part of the second, we called only to find out that said faucet was now on 4 to 5 weeks backorder. On purchasing, the web-site said "7 in stock"! so the news came as a complete surprise. I tried to cancel via chat room (Must call Customers Service) and after waiting for 10 to 15 minutes on hold, I decided to send an e-mail. No cancellation allowed by e-mail. After many unsuccessful phone cals -- never answered -- my wife finally talked to a live woman after 25 minute wait ! She was told (a) the faucet was a "special order" (another novelty), (b) it might have shipped directly by Blanco !? (they don't know? how about the 4-5 weeks on back order --obviously a lie), (c) there's just no way to cancel the order, (d) no, there's no supervisor to talk to. THIS IS THE WORST VENDOR EVER. If you want to keep your sanity, do not order from this company. Completely unsatisfactory rating is too high for them! My experience has created MANY hours of documentation with my credit card company to get my refund--which I am still experiencing five months later. They lie and do not deliver as promised. Fortunately, I paid for UPS delivery, insurance and tracking of my return for documentation. If you still insist on purchasing from this vendor, be sure and read their Terms and Conditions -- which is 16 pages of legal jargon. It won't matter though as they will not keep their end of the agreement and will cause great stress with their rude customer service. Beware they will call you a "valued customer" and nothing could be further from the truth! Overall Rating

BEWARE! Worst shopping experience of my life--horrible customer service. Nearly impossible to return/cancel an order. You will have to jump through hoops, wait on hold for long periods of time, and you will NOT be allowed to cancel an order if it is in stock. Our item had not shipped yet, and still we could not cancel. To return we had to request an "RGA" number (which we had to wait to be emailed to us 5 days later) to be written on a label, not on unopened box, or product is deemed "USED." Rude customer service and flat-out refusal to allow me to speak to a Superviser. They make it very difficult to return items. I will add this is my first review ever.... Overall Rating

After having a licensed plumber install this faucet the faucet started leaking within 3 months of being installed. We have contacted EFaucets THREE times and each time they have been rude and dismissive. The last person we spoke to was a manager who was incredibly rude and told us it was not their problem. We have had much better results with Faucetline.com who has great customer service and has been been very helpful. Efaucets, not at all. They are rude and do not warranty anything (even defects) past 30 days of delivery. Do NOT SHOP HERE. Overall Rating

I was remodeling 2 bathrooms and ordered all merchandise for both at the same time. After the demo of the second bath, our plumber recommended not installing the hand held shower (Moen) that I purchased because of the inability to reposition the pipes. I had purchased over $2000.00 and asked if in good faith I could return this item even if it was over 60 days (but within 90 days which an RMA gives you). The customer service agent promised to call back and it took 4 days to get any information after I called repeatedly. I talked to a supervisor who was not at all helpful. I now have a brand new shower fixture and elbow which is still being sold on this site which I cannot use or return. The attitude of the company is very customer unfriendly and I would never buy from them again or recommend them. I did return one item that was within the 60 days that I did not need for the installation and it took over 30 days to get a refund. Don't buy from them, it is a hassle. Overall Rating

Company refused to provide return information despite multiple calls and e-mails. Calls result in being on hold for over 30 minutes. Live chat log in allows you to speak to a return representative who then tells you they can't handle returns and to call. What? Told chat guy I had a job and couldn't stay on hold during the day that long and he said to call back at a less busy time. Real helpful. Trying to delay past the return window most likely. I have spent well over $3,000.00 with this website on plumbing fixtues. I have twice received damaged goods from them. After receiving the first damaged item, I allowed them to exchanage it for an item of equal or greater value. The second time I received a faucet, it was damaged beyond use. I decided I could not trust this site to send me a quality product and wanted to return it. The customer service representative informed that since I would not allow them to exchange yet another damaged item, I would be charged a 15% restocking fee. I will never do business with them again, and I encourage other potential customers to look elsewhere. Overall Rating

I attempted to change 1 item on an order to a higher priced item which is accetable according to the terns on the site They told me that it was too late and the order has already shipped. They gave me the tracking number, I contacted the shipper who stated that the order had not even been scheduled for pickup yet. Don't buy from this merchant! Customer service is the WORST. Faucet that was sent did not match the picture or the technical specifications. The design was changed and the website was not updated. I expected a 0 refund. I have been trying for months to get a refund for this order. The merchandise arrived damaged (the packaging was completely mangled) and was left on my doorstep. Because no signature was required, I wasn't even given the opportunity to refuse delivery - which I certainly would have done given the circumstances. I subsequently shipped the package back and requested a refund. I have supplied the tracking code and proof of delivery to efaucets and have yet to have my money refunded - four months later. The web site is deceptive with the "no restocking fee" bait on the front page. It is only true in one case. They had the product description wrong on an item. They acknowledged it and agreed to pay the shipping/restocking fees. I purchased a matching item out of the same line to use as a set (towel bar-toilet paper holder) and they refuse to waive the fees for the matching item. Customer service then told me I should have read the entire return policy before I purchased. NO EXCEPTIONS. That really would not make a difference because it doesn't talk about "in the event of our error". I think this place is a mixed bag. If everything goes smoothly with your order and product everything is great. Buyer beware. I should have read all of the reviews before I dealt with this company. They are far from exceptional and in this market and so many to choose from I would't have wasted my time with this place. If there is a problem with your order good luck, you will need it!
