I ordered two pairs of canvas window panels. One pair was on backorder and when they arrived they were a different color than the first pair despite ordering both pairs in the color 'Cafe'. Their products are so cheap and inconsistent that a batch of curtains two weeks apart end up being a totally different color. I called to complain and I was told to order four new panels and then pick out four of the eight that match the best! I was supposed to pay for these panels and then wait for a refund on the four that I would eventually return. How idiotic is that? Could they not have just sent me two more that matched the ones I just got and I could mail back the ones that didn't match. Why should I have to shell out my money to cover for their terrible products? Then when you try to talk to or email customer service about the problem you get these robotic zombie-like responses that make you wonder if they even read the message you wrote at all. Terrible company. Terrible products!
