Reviews 		I needed a wall sconce. Lightingdirect had a price common to several other vendors. It wasn't the cheapest, but the company with the cheapest price (10% less) had very little track record of online reviews, so I decided to use Lightingdirect and invoke their "110% price match guarantee." I'd previously had good experience with a sister company, Faucetdirect (both trade names for Build.com). My order was filled promptly and accurately, and with great communication from the company throughout (ordering, shipping, and delivery emails). I was very pleased with the execution. My one minor criticism is that my price guarantee email (and a reminder after the item had been delivered) went unanswered. But a phone call to customer service resulted, quickly and efficiently, in a credit to my account. I'd certainly use Build.com again. Overall Rating
