We order birthday stuff for our daughters birthday and when the items arrived they switched out 3 items we ordered for junk. They did this without contacting us. They said the items were out of stock, which is not what their website stated. Yet they still chose to send us the package with stuff we did not order and without items we ordered. BAIT and SWITCH. STAY AWAY!! from celebrateexpress/birthdayexpress otherwise you will regret it, we did.	Overall Rating
