For example I needed a batter for a Presario 2570US and the best description I could find was fir the Presario 2500 series. It would also be nice if there were sales support people available 24/7. I feel that both of these issues would have prompted me to place my order without any concern for compatability issues etc... - Thank you for the discount!	Overall Rating
