Was very pleased with the first one 3 years ago and this one was a great deal as well. Cannot beat the price. This would help those of us "middle class'' have the same benefits as the wealthier. Great people to work with; they also honored their price match after they dropped the price by 200 dollars. So far so good. I would have to give them a B++, upgrade to A after receipt of merchandise. Follow up: the original item I had ordered was out of stock with a delayed time frame obtaining it, even though it was listed as in stock at the time of order. They called and we worked out a similar item, slightly less $$ and they paid for 2nd day delivery. I think they did the best they could do to satisfy me as a customer. Even with the delay I still got it on the 22nd, 5 or 6 days after order.	Overall Rating
