After receiving a damaged product and before returning it, I contacted customer service to explain the damage and verify their return policy. I was instructed to write a letter explaining the damage and put it in the return box and that I would receive reimbursement for return shipping. Several weeks had passed without notification of the return so I contacted customer service and was told that the item had been received several days earlier and it was not their policy to notify the customer when an item is received and that it would take several more days to determine who was at fault for the damaged product. Several more weeks without notification and several more phone calls initiated by me with incompetent customer service representatives. I finally was reimbursed for the purchased item, but not the return shipping fee. Several more phone calls, same result –nothing.
These guys are a joke, I'm still waiting on my order that was "leaves are warehouse in 24 hrs" to ship, NOT arrive ,but SHIP!! I have NOT been contacted as to what the problem is. This is the second order that I placed with them and had the same thing happen. Well I'm not insane so I'm NOT doing the same thing again, looking for different results. I'll stop ordering from here period.

The sales associates here are totally inept. I called before ordering a close-out helmet in a particular size. Wanted to pay through ebillme and not with a CC. Since there's a few business days delay using a non-creditcard payment, I asked the rep if once the order is placed, is the item "reserved" until my payment comes. The answer was a yes. Two business days later, I called again to ask the same question and if they had processed the payment made by ebillme. No, not processes yet, but yes, we reserve the item for you. The helmet was still available in my size at this point. Couple of days pass, and I call again and they finally process my order, but the helmet size is "on order". Of course, since this is a closeout, no new helmets of this type are coming in. Had they informed me up front that an item is not reserved until payment is received, I would have opted to pay by credit card so I could assure myself of receiving the item. I would not do business with them any longer.
Motorcycle Superstore is one of the best on-line retailers I've used. There customer service was awesome and very informative. The shipping time was better than expected. I would deffinetly refer them to others as a great resource for motorcycle riding gear and accessories.
I contacted the Motorcycle-Superstore to find out why my items (two orders) hadn't shipped in the estimated time frame. When I placed the orders, the website showed the items as "Available". After talking to the customer service rep, I found out that "Available" and "In-Stock" have different meanings. My item was actually on order; I assume from the manufacturer. I stated that this seemed deceptive and that by this thinking, everything is available. She said, "Exactly". Seems a bit silly to me. I asked to cancel my order and the rep seemed overly excited to cancel it and get me off the phone; she couldn't have cared less about losing a sale of nearly $500. Don't be fooled by "Available". You should call and find out if the item is actually "In-Stock".
