Reviews 		I ordered the 'Home Run Basket' for my dad for Father's day and not only was it delivered when it was supposed to - but it looked incredibly better than pictured online. Granted, they substituted the corn nuts, but they put something even bigger and better in the basket and I was very happy with it. Keep in mind all they are doing is routing your online order to a florist near the recipient's address. My suggestion to you if you order through teleflora.com is to select the florist yourself. I went with a very reputable and respected florist who has been doing business for 70 years. So if you want what you ordered (or better) delivered to your loved one, you'll need to put a little effort into the selection of a good florist because that's the bottom line. It's the florist not teleflora.com. After placing the order, I called the florist to confirm everything and they were nice and helpful and the little bit of effort I put in paid off very well for my dad. Overall Rating

Reviews 		Excellent floral arrangements and excellent service except for one occasion where there was a crack in the plastic container and the water leaked out onto my mother's wood dining table. She was able to collect the water before it ruined her wood dining table. Would like to have some sort of delivery confirmation system. When I send flowers out of state I have no way on knowing when or if they were delivered (to a nursing home) and had difficulty with getting a delivery confirmation from Teleflora on one occasion.
