I ordered 6 dimmable CF bulbs and within 2 weeks, 2 of them stopped working. I requested an RMA to get a replacement - 5 days later, no response. A 3rd bulb stopped working and I sent another RMA request. Still no response. I emailed a customer service rep and after a week, no response. I emailed another customer service rep and got an apology with a promise to resolve the problem. I got ONE replacement bulb and it was the wrong size. I later got 3 of the correct bulbs but 2 of those have since burned out. Out of 9 bulbs received, 5 were no good - something wrong there. Their customer service is the pits. I finally got my money refunded when I lodged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. 1000bulbs.com won't have to worry about my bothering them with my business anymore.
