I ordered Xerox toner from this merchant Nex Imaging, Inc (who is really 1800inkjets.com) on 11/30/01. Their price was good and the order was received on 12/4/01. This was good until I opened the box. The toner was in a partially opened box that had been returned on 10/6/99 from OfficeMax, Inc to Daisytek, Inc. All of the return stickers were still on the old damaged box. I promptly e-mailed Neximaging for a replacement. This is 12/11/01 and I have not received a response!! Overall Rating

Ordered a: BCI-21 Black cartridge, BCI-21 Color Cartridge and a BCI-21C-C refill tank on 1/15/2002. I have not received any product and have been calling them and e-mailing them for 2 weeks and have not received any reply. My credit card was charged for the purchace. WOW - The prices are real!!! Last month I paid $450 for a xerox cartridge at office depot and neximaging's price was $320. It came in 3 days. I could not be happer with the product but best of all the price is killer!!! five stars Overall Rating

Order the toner, never got confirmation. about 1 1/2 months later toner arrived at my door. request a return even they sent me the wrong toner. want charge me restocking and return shipping charges. call the at least 15-20 time no response. finally got through csr transfer me different department and got hang up. finally, fed up call AMex and BBB. they didn't have any success either. never buy from this company or you will NEVER get you money back. The price was ROCK BOTTOM in comparison to other product. No other vendor even offered me an option of having a 3rd party, fully compatible option. So that was good. I had to call to get an updated status of my order and to follow up to get a tracking number though. I would expect an online vendor to do these things automatically, but they were extremely courteous and helpful over the phone. Product is en-route, more later if it doesnt work, but overall, a positive experience. Overall Rating

They don't tell you when will they ship the items and never tell you which way they will use. Then they sent me a wrong one. I sent email to them to argue about this, you know what?? they said that I ordered a wrong ink!!!!! stupid company and without professional knowledge!!! what I order is right and it appears in the invoice, but the item is totally different!!! also they response customer very late, kind of ignore... Nex Imaging provided me with a new standard in suck. This is without a doubt the most unprofessional, unethical and dishonest company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE!!! They will lure you in with the incredible pricing and then forget you exist when you start requesting tracking and fulfillment info. RUN AWAY!!! Due to the negative reviews, I was not sure about ordering so I called their toll free number first. They were very helpful and promised my order would leave the same day. It did... and arrived within 2 days! Now, a month later, my ink has run out only after printing a fraction of the 950 pages promised on their site. Again, I called them and the fellow was more than helpful and replaced the ink (at his suggestion). Nex Imaging is a trustworthy company to do buisness with and I recommend them! Overall Rating

With such good prices on Canon ink jet compatable cartridges and no bad reviews in the past 3 months I thought I would try them out. My order got to my door in two days from Boston to Iowa via Fed-x. I tried out some ink and it works fine. I have a 6 cartridge printer;Bk,Y,C,M, and half tones for C & M; at $11 to $12 each I am use to $70 per set. I got three complete sets of six ink tanks with shipping for $36. Three times the ink, half the cost. How happy am I! Overall Rating

I ordered a toner cartridge three weeks ago . I have not received it up to now except my bill. I was told the shipping charge would be $11.99 because I am in Montreal, Canada. The charge settled down to $6.99 when I agreed the toner cartridge being sent througe US mail. I called Neximaging three times, they did not have any record showing that the cartridge had been sent to me. I will not do business with Neximaging any more. Overall Rating

I ordered a HP4500 Drum Kit. I got it in a few days. It was damaged when it was received but when I called the company a real person answered the phone (Lori) and after I explained what was wrong she just said I will send you another one. There was a prepaid shipping label in the box and all I had to do was call FEX-EX. I believe the mark of a good company is being able to take care of problems. This company is great and I will always use them for my printing needs. Overall Rating

ordered an okidata and xerox drums for overnight delivery. Finally received one 4 days later. Still have not seen the second. I have been promised a tracking number for the past 2 days but still have not gotten anything. They have great prices and promises but no follow up. The prices are not worth the hassle. When I ordered what I thought was Hi-yield black for my Epson printer, they sent me regular black instead! When I called the company to confront them about it, they said they only carried one type of black. After explaining to them that their site showed a hi-yield and a regular black (a $3 difference) Nex Imaging said it was an oversite on their site that would be fixed tonight. They got very defensive about their compentency. (which i didn't question) Poor customer service by my standards Overall Rating

Two days later the vendor, Nex Imaging, called and told me they made a mistake with their pricing and the printer would cost me another $250. I consider this unethical and unprofessional conduct. There are too many honest, ethical businesses on the Internet to even think about doing business with Nex Imaging, Inc. Buyer beware! Overall Rating

I placed an order for a Brother 1440 printer and when I tried to order, the shipping charges were higher than advertised on PriceGrabber. I placed the order anyway and was told the next day they did not have the printer but could sell me the Brother 2040 for the same price($199). This was higher than Nex Imaging was advertising by $30 and the best price by other vendors was $119. The same day they were still advertising the Brother 1440 at $199. They are either incompetent or dishonest. Overall Rating

I ordered a Lexmark t610 printer and I'm not real happy. First, the thing has non-factory rubber pads with metal inserts that have been glued to the bottom with epoxy. I now cannot attach the duplex unit to it, this makes it useless to me! Second, the overall condition of the printer is poor at best. There are several broken plastic pieces! In my opinion this printer was never refurbished but simply tested to see if it would print, then shipped to some sucker like myself. Overall Rating
