Reviews 		I ordered my item two days ago, and the merchant's website immediately posted it as 'shipped'. I thought this was either fishy or excellent. There was no tracking number posted, so I guessed it was the former. The following morning (yesterday) I called to ask the status, and was told that it would ship yesterday, and that I'd receive an email when it shipped. I got home yesterday and there was no email, still no tracking number. I ordered express shipping so I could have the item sooner, not so they'd have time to sit on my order. This morning, I called and got a recording, promising me that someone will be in contact within the next 24 hours. I can't help but wonder how many orders they save by posting a false 'shipped' status, and how many customers they sacrifice with the same tactic. Overall Rating

Reviews 		Prices are good. Compatibility info is a little hard to wade thru. One of the replacement parts I ordered (battery) exceeded original equipment specs. A huge plus. However, it was a very tight fit into the laptop. Since I plan to swap it out for the old battery when running on AC power, I'm concerned about that. Company address shown on website is Baltimore, but my order shipped from CA. One of the reasons I chose this company was what I thought was proximity to me. It's somewhat deceptive to not show at time order is placed how long it will take to arrive. Overall Rating
