Discount coupon was useless. I chose no vase, but it was included. There were 2 delivery charges--that was very poorly explained and there was no mechanism for editing the cost column. The total was very unexpected--I started with a $40 purchase and I surely didn't expect the total to be $73. I call that exceedingly excessive. I'll think twice before using Proflowers again. The free shipping link is a scam. I attempted to claim the rebate, where I gave out all my personal information including my credit card number and was told that the coupon code had to be entered at the time of placing my order. The order was already completed and placed.It is unlikely that I will use your site to place orders due to this scam and the steps I must now take to cancel my membership with freeshipping.com and to get my credit card number changed. Very decieving company, it claims to give you free shipping, but you have to sign up for a program. No where on the web site does it say that to qualify you must sign up, it just says"Free Shipping. The shipping fees our outrageous. So you are charges a standard shipping rate PLUS another shipping depending on the day of the week PLUS a handling charge AND you are charged with each order even if it is going to the same person at the same address! I used ProFlowers today because I thought they would have the best selection. If they do, it is not worth all the other charges. I do not plan on using ProFlower services again. Overall Rating

I was disappointed with the process. I had a 25% discount with the Entertainment Savings Book, ordered a certain vase with my order that was changed to give me my discount. That should have been a choice for me to make, not Pro Flowers. Overall Rating

I did not get my free vase as advertised by putting "Hannity" in where indicated ($9.00). Said I qualified for free shipping(another $9.00) but I had to confirm my order first then to find you had to give a credit card for something for you to get the free shipping, and you could cancel within the review period or you would be billed.it was a cash rebate! I did not plan on spending over $50.00 for $29.00 plant! If I'd know the vase was not free I would have picked the free one! Overall Rating

Excellent until the shipping charges changed from when selecting the date to ordering, a $5 increase. Poor explanantion, I won't be buying again. The shipping rebate is pushed on you and then wants your credit card details, I am not willing to give my credit card details to an unknow, unaffiliated site for a mear $5 dollar rebate. Proflower's coupon codes say that the discount will be automatically applied during the order process, which NEVER happened. My husband has ordered me roses from them in the past and the quality was poor even the replacement roses were not the grestest. This will be the last time we order from Proflowers. Overall Rating

What a ripoff!! I had received a confirmation of my order before seeing what the total was. I accepted paying 9.99 for the vase BUT, AND IT'S A BIG BUT, charging me 9.99 for standard delivery PLUS 9.99 for Saturday delivery AND 2.99 for care and handling. In calling to cancel the order I was told it was because of the holiday season. You mean the ProFlowers ripoff season. No more!! Overall Rating

You think you are getting something for $24.99, but the total cost is actually $54.99, and no way to see total cost until after you place the order. I thought shipping was 4.99, it was actually 9.99 + 4.99. Not explained to well, I did not check the candy cane bucket, but I got one any way for 9.99........It would be nice to see totals before you check out, and have a CANCELL ORDER if you don't like what your total is. I'm in a hurry.....so might have overlooked something, but the site could be more up fromt with the order and cost. I will be receiving the tree tomorrow. That's good. Overall Rating

I have ordered from you before. Was unhappy to see an exrea $4.99 added on for Monday delovery. Was not clear that it wiule be $9.99 AND $ 4.99. Was placind a second order for the exact same arrangement and the was supposed to receive an additional 10% discount and instead the total was HIGHER!! Charged me for the Candy Cane vase and it was INCLUDED in the first order.
