Too a chance that I feel I got taken on shipping and handling charges. The flowers when from what I thought would be a 35$ to a 47$ order. There was also not description on the candy offer either. I will find out from the recipient if she was happy with yours selection. At this point and time would caution others about using your services due to the hidden charges. Overall Rating

The process of doing this on-line wasn't good at all. Soon as you enter your card information your system automaticty process your order on it's on. I didn't have the option to click continue. And also you have hiding fee's. it says your total amount is one thing, then after you process your can it says another outrageous standard fee. You need to give the total amount before the card information is shown, not change after the card is process, then you have no way of changing the amount.....I Will never use these service again....DON'T WANT TO SEE MONTHLY CHARGE ON MY CHECKING ACCT EACH MONTH $12.99 FOR YOUR REBATE PROGRAM. I DIDN'T SIGN UP FOR THAT PROGRAM!!!!!!!!!!! Overall Rating

It was very misleading to have to wait for all of the shipping and extra charges until the end of the order. I don't understand how you legally can tack on a $2.99 Care and Handling charge. A reasonable consumer expects shipping and handling to be combined in the quote for shipping. You should be upfront that the cost for shipping and handling is $9.99 + $2.99, not that shipping is $9.99 and no mention of handling. Your measly $2.99 sneaky charge has lost you a return customer. disappointed. I received over 200 advertising cards for me to distribute to my employees along with A $10.00 off coupon. When I checked out and keyed in the gift code it came up invalid. I did it three times and it wasn't accepted. I tried calling the phone number is discounted. This will be the last time I use Pro flowers Overall Rating

The ordering of the flowers was very confusing -- too many codes and different shipping charges. Felt like I got ripped off. You can't review your order till you put in so much info, then you go back and have to start all over -- TERRIBLE RIP OFF! Shame on you PRO FLOWERS Overall Rating

I think the pricing structure is not good. You pay for shipping and the flowers then you get charged $2.99 for "care and handling" and $2.99 for a card. Very disappointing to see them pricing like a cheap airline with increasing add-ons. Overall Rating

They really sneak in the shipping, handling, and taxes. You don't see that cost until the very end when you go to checkout. Was an additional $40 and I picked the cheapest of option for both items I purchased so be sure to include the added fees in your budget before you go and do everything. Overall Rating

ProFlowers is a company I use for conveinence; not because they're better than anyone else. I have used them in the past with good results and poor results. To their credit, when the flowers delivered have been poor, they have replaced promptly at no charge, with good results. My only complaint with this company is their so-called "discount" ploy. Although it seems like a great discount up front, the addional charges that are added on at checkout of: standard delivery, additional delivery charges(plus) because of a certain delivery day, inflated cost of a vase(the nice one) and care and handling(huh?), make the price go to right where it would be without the "discount". There really is no savings using ProFlowers over a local florist, but again, the conveinence is why I use occasionally. That is the accurate "skinny" on this company. Overall Rating

They advertized the price to be 29.97 then charged a number of hidden fees such as a 4.99 charge for sending it on time, a 6.99 shipping fee, 2.99 care and handling, and then 3.15 in taxes. First they should not charge an extra fee on top of the shipping fee to send it on time and a care and handling fee is something you shouldn't have to pay and should be included in the advertised price. Additionally, I live in New Hampshire, the tax free state so they should not be adding an additional tax. I ordered two dozen "colored" roses. When they arrived 14 were white, 5 were red and 5 were yellow. In the picture it showed many different colored roses. Very dissatisfied with this merchant. Overall Rating

Would have scored higher if they wouldn't have the *Free Shipping* scam pop up all over the place. Very misleading for a lot of people. Beware of things that you don't need to add (Free Shipping). Will not purchase again until the *Free Shipping* scam is gone. Overall Rating

The customer always gets screwed in the end no matter how careful they look at each item you never show the final price until you hit the confirm button. Your great price of $29 ended up to be $45 and you had to really pay attention to not be overcharged for what you thought was included in your advertised price of $29. Overall Rating

As I placed the order it wasn't clear at all that the delivery would be $19.99 and then another $6.99 for a Saturday delivery. I feel that you took advantage of me and I will never order from your company again. There are to many other alternatives that are less expencive and more informative..
