IIt's a scam! You get flowers for a decent price but they add almost $10 in fees such as shipping and then a handling charge and then tax. So, you get flowers fro $19 but it winds up costing you $31. Overall Rating

You make it very confusing to order. I had an ad that told me that I could get something for $19.99 + shipping and handling. I went on line and found it to be a lot higher. BUT, I could order it and have free shipping. Had to call the 800# three times. Very confusing. Plus the ad showed the flowers in a green vase for this price. NO, the green vase is extra of course. If you have a special offer- please show it as it will be sent. Plus an extra charge for care and handling??? We hope you have care while you are handling our orders. This is added on at the end as a surprise?? I may just stick with FTD. No surprises here. Overall Rating

I was a little shocked to get a flyer in the mail for Roses that were $19.99 (with vase included) only to find that I had to pay for the vase also. By the end of the transaction I paid almost $50.00. Then I was hopeful to recoup the shipping charges, but did not like the terms and service of that provider. Once again I was blind sided and found that information out once I had to place the order. I will keep this order simply because it will be mothers day - but I will not use your company again because of false advertising. You should be up front and let you customer's know beforce you start throwing $19.99 around for a dozen roses. Overall Rating

I was charged a shipping and handleing fee for two items sent to the same address. While I have not had a poor experience from ProFlowers in the past, I would suggest changing this policy as it will deter my future purchases. Thank you. Overall Rating

"Vase shipping and it's HANDLING AND CARE "? Really? What a scam....the advertised price is good, but to SLIP in the extra charges on the FINAL PAGE is horrible, sneaky, and just wrong. What a bad business method, and I most likely will NOT use the PRO FLOWERS website ever again. Compensate those of us aware and complaining, and perhaps retain our business. I was not happy to find the Gift Card given to me last month had expired. I was given a gift card because the company could not deliver the Easter package when they said they could. It was delivered after Easter. I was not told of an expiration date. I was told to use it on my next purchase. Overall Rating

I love ProFlowers, they are the only online florist that I use. The flowers always arrive in bud form, so the recipent can watch them bloom and they last much longer. Any time I have had a problem (usually due to the shipping company's driver - box placed upside down, etc) ProFlowers was always quick to resolve it, with no problem. Overall Rating

The shipping charges for a free vase are crazy. Free items are subject to handling and shipping charges. Two items have delivery and taxes equal to 1/3 of my order. They got my last order. I will be visiting my local florist no last minute charges with them. If its free then there are no additional handling charges. Goodbye Pro Flowers. Overall Rating

I feel that it is miss leading when it says free vase but then says you will be charged by weight of vase .So I bought vase for 4.99 so I would not be charged.I did not see total charge until I clicked yes because it first stated I would be charged only for vase and flowers on shiiping chart it says standard shipping but no price once i confirmed my order is when i seen total charge 40 dollars for an advertised 19.99 flowers not even delivered on mothers day. I bought a Living Social deal and entered my credit card info there when I purchased the deal. Then, to reedeem with YOU, I had to re-enter my cc info -- inconvenient and reduntant. THEN, you made the shipping dates I chose look like there was no shipping charge; whereas other dates had varying shipping charges. Confusing at the least, deceptive at the other end. It's one thing to agree to charges, but another to be surprised at checkout all the way through the order. I only don't have time to cancel and oeorder elsewhere, otherwise, I would have. I hope the flowers are nice. If you don't change the way you present your charges, I won't be shopping with you again. Very, very annoyed. Overall Rating

I had to place this order twice--I entered it on 5t--12 at 11.8PM. It was supposed to have a deal ProKiss...free shipping and vase or some such deal...but the order would not go through. Some error and required to re-enter. I even called the 888 number but no help--as I listen to KCBS they say ebnter code Glass?? I just had a hard time ordering????> Overall Rating

i THOUGHT I HAD TO PAY $19.99 for special Sat delivery. I didn't notice untill I clicked comfirm order that I also have to pay $14.99 for regular delivery. Thats almost $35 for delivery. The on-line ad was the eye catcher - 15 tulips for $19.99. I thought what a nice last minute idea, in addition to what I already have for her. But then I go to check out, and AFTER the fact I read the total is $57.86!!!!!!! I understand that there's to be a rush delivery fee, but 100%++ higher than the advertised price?? Disgusting. Will NeVeR use this again - tagged for so many extra charges that were hidden. Fraud in my book. Overall Rating
