Called the next day and they are CLOSED (it was a Friday). Called the next 3 days and spent over 1 hour on hold between the 3 days (NO Tollfree Customer Service!!!) and still no camera. 8 days after the transaction I get someone to say it shipped. However, no tracking information was available and I was told to call back the next day (once again, no toll-free!!) to get it. Shoppers beware!	Overall Rating

TriState had the item, and could ship it same day with a Saturday delivery. I was skeptical, but sure enough it arrived as promised (and new). It was easy to order, even with S/H I saved $50 over Best Buys price. Also, you know the S/H before you place the order. I saw this camera at other on-line sites for less, but BE CAREFUL, check the ratings for the other companies. It is worth spending a few extra dollars for quality service. The smart media card rebate wasn't enclosed though, I emailed them, still, I would HIGHLY recommend Tri-State.	Overall Rating

Everyone was out of stock of the Fuji 4800, and if they had it they wanted well over $100- $200 more. I chose Tri-state and placed the order very easily. Shipping was fair and shipped ON TIME! I did get "the call" for extra's, but the salesman was not pushy and the prices were so fair that I actually bought! I highly recommend them, I am shocked at how smooth it went! Thanks! CSR was courteous & helpful. Took 'no' to his offer of access's and we moved on. Don't try to get a tracking number from their CS phone line. I called on 1/29 as instructed, got a curt response, 'it is in transit. will arrive 1/30' no name, no goodbye. But, the camera (new in box, all access's & doc's & US wrnty) arrived as they stated. Received a email from Tristate over the weekend to call about my order (Hmmm ... not so good). Called Monday to check on order. As expected, they wanted to sell me a 79.00 accessories package of a charger/batteries, AC Adapter, and Carry Case. The Salesman was not-pushy when I said I already owned these items. Three e-mails canceling order because I would not be available to recieve due to long delay in shipping a product I ordered as "2nd day fedex". Product was shipped even after I answered shipping with a NO do not ship. Shipped next day; was returned by fedex, I was charged a shipping fee of $28. No responce to query about full refund.
