I love buying on Amazon. Tax-free & Free shipping over $25 on most items. I probably bought over 100 things on Amazon and never had a problem. They usually take about 1-2 to package and ship the product via UPS. Overall Rating

I never had a problem with Amazon directly. This order was place on Amazon but through ANTOnline. It was an excellent price but poor internal tracking system. I would consider buying one or two items from them and that is it. I ordered eight items at one time, after three emails, four shipments, I finally received all eight items about eight weeks later. When I tried to return a sealed unopened item, they said no, order was more than 30 days old. So don't plan on being able to return any items because by the time you get them, it will already be past 30 days. Overall Rating

I paid $1698 for a brand new Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8 IS USM camera lens. Amazon shipped me an used item and the packaging had no protection inside the box. I gave Amazon a second change to earn my business by asking for a replacement. They did not respond to my request at all. I will have to ship this back to them and a dispute with my credit card company. Stay away from this online shopping company!!!! Overall Rating

I am completely unsatisfactory with Amazon.com because I thought this was too good to be true, the CD of Earth, Wind & Fire - Head To The Sky was unreal. I have been searching for this particular CD because I collect them, listen to them and am old school. I was elated beyond my expectation, until I received them and started listening to the CD realizing it is not Earth, Wind & Fire - Head To The Sky with 6 tracks. Instead it was someone else with 14 tracks. So, this has me thinking, do you burn CD and label it as Earth, Wind & Fire and with the covers as well? I was disappointed beyond comparsion. What are the procedures to return the product for credit? I hope to hear from you with a policy of return item for refund. I will not shop with you again. Thank you and have a great day. Ordered a Nuvi 350. Very fast shipping via Amazon Super Saver Shipping, which is free for orders over $25. Product arrived in good conditions but I suspect that it was an open box, because there wasn't an outer plastic rapping and product packed in wrong order. Overall, I am pretty happy with Amazon. I couldn't put into words how amazing I think Amazon.com is. I have ordered hundreds of items from them and from their marketplace, which by the way is 100% risk free. They have NEVER failed me. If an order had a problem, they IMMEDIATELY took care of it. But I can honestly say that I can't even count on one hand any problems with ordering from Amazon. Amazon is the absolute best there is Online. Whenever anyone mentions needing to purchase anything, I immediatly steer them to Amazon. They are 100% primo as far as I'm concerned Overall Rating

I bought a Belkin Line conditioner from Amazon on July 30th and chose the Free Super Saver Shipping. I didn't expect for it to ship the same day via UPS Ground! | Should have received the package August 6th, but thanks to UPS, there was a train delay and so delivery date was pushed back to August 7th. When they did come August 7th, I was not home and so it was delivered next day when I was home. | When I opened the package, there was my Belkin line conditioner New in Box surrounded by air pillows. It was double boxed and the Line conditioner works Great! | Best price I could find for the line conditioner. Also, if the price of the Line conditioner drops before August 30th, I can get a nice price match and get credited back the difference. | P.S. I live in Boston, Massachusetts and the package came from Arizona. Overall Rating

I have placed dozens of orders with Amazon.com, and they have never failed to correct a problem to my satisfaction. I will say that their error rate seems to be very high, my experience has shown that about 10% of the orders are messed up in some way. But, if you contact them and explain the situation, they seem to be pretty good at taking care of it. I have had trouble getting the foreign (Indian?)rep to understand what needs to be done-but what're you gonna do-that's the nature of the beast these days. What keeps me shopping there is free shipping over $25. That's something not matched by most e-tailers! Overall Rating

i have been an avid buyer on amazon.com - but their shipping policies have gone downhill! if you request that items be placed together for free shipping (at times i add extra items to meet the minimum amount needed), you MAY receive the ordered items withing a month. this though they state that all items are in store and can ship out with a day or two. though the order states that items have been shipped, this does not mean that it has actually shipped. the us postal service is used and the next step is "carrier has been notified for pick-up." i have complained before to amazon.com regarding a previous order, and received a generic e-mail response. I had done quite a bit of business with Amazon so I thought this would go well.When I finally went to order the page said the item was in stock and would ship out the next day.They also offered free super saver shipping.I placed my order but it didn't include the super saver shipping so I had to go in and edit the order.Then,I received a confirmation email saying that my item would be shipped out in 4-5 days. I sent an email and the reply I got stated that with the free super saver shipping that could delay the shipping for up to 5 days...they also said it was clearly stated on their website.It was...but I have to click on two links to find it.Anyway, so I finally get an email telling me that It has been shipped and I would receive it in 7-10 days. I just about blew my stack.I complained to Amazon again and they sent an email back saying they would credit me the 7 dollars shipping,which proves to me that no one really reads the emails at their end.Will not do business with them again Overall Rating

I'm afraid after 3 years of buying/selling from Amazon they decided to close my account for no reasonable explanation. Amazon.com is a college students dream to buy and sell the overpriced textbooks they stock at our college bookstores. I can't even think of the money Amazon has made from tapping into this! The only notice I got from Amazon was an email saying my account was terminated for undisclosed reasons and that it could not be overturned. This has happened to several people I know and none of us can think of why. Whats the deal here amazon??????????? Overall Rating

WOW I ordered a Sony HC-7 from Amazon and the next day, they closed my account. The E-mail that explained to me that my account was closed because it was related to previously closed account came 12 hours later (My first and last time buying from Amazon). Before the E-mail came, I called customer service and they told me to create another account and order it, and so I did. And 2 hours later, it was closed again and that E-mail came the next day (Saying my billing address did not match). So I called their customer service and asked for supervisor, and they told me she was busy and would call me back. The agent was about to hang up when I asked, "DO YOU EVEN HAVE MY PHONE NUMBER?" .......... Surprisingly, after 2 hours, the supervisor called me. I told her I needed this item in a hurry and she told me that she cannot guarantee it to arrive in time and told me to go buy from a local eletronics store. I WOULDNT HAVE CAME ON YOUR WEBSITE IF I WAS TO GO TO MY LOCAL STORE WOW. GOODBYE AMAZON Overall Rating

My experiences with Amazon in the past have been five-star quality. But something seems to have happened to its free delivery -- the products in the order are going to take a month to ship. I went through the order product by product, and each one could be shipped in a day or so if we paid for the shipping. Each product comes from Amazon. I don't understand why the free shipping option adds so much delay -- it's not like it's Christmas. Has anyone else experienced this? Overall Rating

I have to admit the shipping was fast, but the watch came broken. I have promptly send it back the next day through UPS. The item reached the vendor on May 1, and it stated a full refund within 3-7 days. Well, it is almost a month now without a resolution. Amazon kept breaking their stated promises after promises: 1. Sorry, full refund will be credited within a few days. Not. Please wait a few more days and you will receive your check. Not. Oops, the refund was never sent out. !!! 2. Sorry, we are having technical issues with your refund. Please wait patiently while we resolve this issue within a week. Not. 3. Sorry, we are still having technical issues. We will get back to you on May 31 with a plan to resolve this problem. Not. Amazon is not what it used to be as far as I can tell with their poor customer service. It is hard to believe how many times they have broken their promises for this one item. I will never shop at this vendor site again. Overall Rating

I reordered and was sent the same wrong item again. Customer service is a joke!! I could barley understand the person I was talking to, and they were absolutely no help.
