I purchased a product in Dec. 09 and returned the product in Feb. 10. The product was sent back to the company for a full refund since the company does not do exchanges. The product was shipped back to the company in the same packaging that I recieved it in. The company claims the product was broken once they recieved it and in different packaging then I returned it to them. I contacted the company to dispute the matter and the sales assoicate (Todd) was very rude and hung the phone up on me. The company is refusing to return my money or my product. I have recieved nothing for the $90.25 I spent on a bottle of perfume. I disputed the charges with my credit card and the perfume loft paid the $90.25 to my bank. The sales representative, Todd emailed me and called my home from a cell phone and threatened to turn me over to collections and informed me that he would contact me everyday at home, on my cell and at work at all of hours of the day and night if I did not pay them the 90.25 that Retailer Response (07/08/2010):This person never purchased anything from our site.
