Placed an order for Christmas gifts on the 13th. Got the order on the 22nd (not nearly as fast as I
paid for) and the order was short one item.
Called to see where it was (Christmas gift for nephew) and was told it's not in stock and I won't get
it. I asked why I was not informed a week ago via email that the item was out of stock (although it
did not reflect that online) and I did not get an answer from Kim Sills, the uncaring customer service representative, who claims to be the supervisor of the department.
I requested to file a formal complaint and was told it would go to the Care Center manager, Rhonda
Blevins at 513 860 4570 ext 2453 and that I can call and make sure it arrived.
The customer service sucks and they could give a crap about my nephew not getting a gift this year.
They didn't even bother to extend an offer of another item.
In addition, when I asked for a refund and confirmation - they could not give me one.

Ordered the "The One-Touch Any-Media iPod Uploader", it was $159.95 at the time of purchase, received a confirmation email but it was never shipped. No email answer, I wrote several times. Had to call and they told me they cancelled the order, no reason gave. Check again and now the item is $200.00, Is this the reason they cancelled my order???
First class transaction. Fast delivery, great communication and product arrived in excellent shape. I would definitely recommend this vendor to anyone, if the price is right. ;)
