(Edited December 11th by Drcb1) I am a volume business customer. This by far was the worst company to deal with. Customer service is non-existent. They gouge you for every penny, and my order was over $500. I specified a delivery date for a business address delivery, and these morons attempted delivery on another day, Saturday to be exact. I was referred to these idiots by another buyer who claimed that Harry and David selections were getting boring for corporate gifts. Boring or not, at least Harry and David customer service cares about keeping its customers. I will never use Gifttree again. Delivery was messed up on several occasions to several recipients, and they charged me an extra fee for "rerouting" my package 1/2 block away from the original address because Fedex driver did not see the sign for the business across the street. I don't use FedEx either for any of my shipping needs. Needless to stay, Gifttree and Fedex are a perfect match of incompetency for each other. I tried to resolve my complaint by e-mail.
Gift Tree has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE that I've ever experienced! I purchased a nice gift for my boss, thank you cakes. I was told that I had to pay the extra $25 overnight shipping because they were perishable items. They were delivered at 6:23pm AFTER the business closed on Friday evening. and Gift Tree would do NOTHING to rectify the situation. They didn't even label the outside of the box that the items inside were perishable so they were nasty and mushy when my boss found them MOnday morning. They were short in their tone and rude. They refused to rectify the situation in any way. I tried calling and speaking to the manager and also used the chat session, which they hung up on me without answering my questions. Rude, rude, rude company. I would NOT recommend them!
I am not one to complain since I have very limited time. However, Gifttree.com has provided me with one of the WORST customer service and delivery service that I have ever received. I spent $1000 on gift baskets for the Holidays for my clients. 4 out of 8 clients did not see the card and message. All I wanted was for my clients to know I appreciated them without having to call them and follow up to MAKE SURE they knew it was from me. Gifttree accepted no responsibility and basically blamed the clients. 1 client, I understand. But half of them?
(Edited July 21st by HappyCamper98660) I just had to thank my dad for helping me move all my things into an apartment. We don't exactly live close by each other so any chance I have to see the big guy is a joy. To show my thanks and appreciation I sent him the Royal Treatment Gourmet Gift Basket, and I must say he absolutely loved it. It came with a red and white wine selection, tons of gourmet goods, and was packaged just like it was pictured online (how often does that happen?) GiftTree.com was really easy to use and I can't wait for an excuse to send something from there again. You gotta check this place out! WOW!
