The product (lawn cart) is good quality except the bolts have cheap heads which didn't fit any of my screwdrivers and caused some frustration. The plastic tub seems very sturdy and the metal frame is finished in a smooth powdercoat, no sharp edges. Dumping mechanism works very well with almost no effort. Overall a great product for the money. Beware it has that horrible chinese tool smell... I'm leaving it outside to air out until the smell is gone, my garage reeked for 3 days after assembling the cart in there.	Overall Rating

I had purchased an 18 volt power drill from them some time ago and when I moved to a new state, the battery charger got lost. I checked at Lowe's for a charger and they didn't have the correct charger, and their chargers were about $60. I went to Northern's web site and was able to buy a complete kit for $29.95 + s/h. Please don't ever ask for me to respond to a survey again until an appropriate vendor is provided. Not impressed with PriceGrabber. I entered an INVALID Order Date Year of 2007 because I could not enter 2011. Survey FAILURE. Invalidated the goodness of the entire buying process.	Overall Rating

The package was never opened and there was nothing wrong (was the wrong size), but since it was after their "30 days" they said absolutely "no returns". I even asked to speak to a supervisor who did not listen but just recited policy. I had been a Northern customer for over 20 years until today. They lost a loyal customer over a silly $14.99. I won't do business with a company that exhibits such poor management skills.	Overall Rating
