Great Hard Drive

Strengths: Runs real quiet, No annoying flashing lights (on the front), No needless backup software

Weakness: Nothing

I've had various internal drives from various companies from Maxtor to Fujitsu. The First external Hard Drive was a Seagate 750GB Professional, that was a year ago that I bought that drive. I was hesitant to buy a different company but then saw this hard drive for 99.99 on newegg.com and also had a $5 coupon so I got it for 94.99. It has been the cheapest drive for that amount. It's been a week and been a great hard drive, it's quiet, doesn't have extra software, etc. I expect this Western Digital to be a good drive as my other drive. I have transfered around 20GB of video and went as expected, speed was fast, but I've been using USB 2.0 so can't compare with esata speeds.
