Solidly builtStrengths: Great Movies with good sound. Good Day Shots. Tons of features. Optical Stabilization. Very pocketable. Weakness: Complicated menu system. Somewhat noisy pictures. Picures not sharp. While it is a solidly built camera, the picture quality is sub-par compared to the Canon and Panasonic camera I own. I love the movie/video mode on this camera which has pretty good sound quality (almost as good as Canons and very much better than Panasonic's_. But the pictures taken by this camera are noisier. The picture quality seem only as good as my other 8MP cameras. Good points about this camera include the wide lens, which come in useful during crowded framing situations inside small rooms etc. The optical stablization seems to work well but not as well as Panasonic's. But it fails to deliver the picture quality compared to my Canon and Panasonic digi-cam. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Strengths: Multi-functions and various picture taking options.
Weakness: Pictures aren't very clear.
This camera is poorly built, don't anticipate to have it for a long time. Even though it has lots of EXTRA features on it the picture quality is not up to par. I have used this inside of a gym for a Holiday party and the pictures came out poor even with choosing the right mode. In order to take pictures there is a 2 step shutter system and a delay when taking the next shot. Not very good for taking pictures of kids.
