OK card lousy support

Strengths: Seems to be about the only low profile serial card on the market.

Weakness: Lousy support, flaky drivers, cumbersome install.

Ordered 2 cards received 2 DOA cards, paid for express exchange still took over a week to get replacement cards.

Driver install is not very smooth, Windows detects and installs multiple drivers for each component on the card including drivers for "non-functional" components which I assumed were portions of the chipset which had no port soldered to the card and were disabled using the undocumented jumpers located on the card.

When finally installed the card seem to work as well as any PCI serial card in a Windows environment. Given the limited number of options may be the best choice but it is not a great option.
